Max A. Adams, JD, LUTCF, attended New York University and obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Miami. He attended Law School at the District of Columbia School of Law, and University of Richmond. Max started his career as a public defender and in 1995, found a passion serving medical professionals by way of his father, Arnold Adams’s involvement in local hospitals. While working with Residents and Fellows negotiating their employment contracts during graduation, he saw a great need for financial and tax planning, and asset protection for these new physicians. Max has helped build, maintain, and protect the careers of Residents, Fellows, Physicians, Dentists, Veterinarians, CRNA’s, and Physician Assistants across the country. Some of his clients have been featured on the cover of Money Magazine, the Wall Street Journal, Worth Magazine, The New York Times, The Miami Herald, Florida Medical Business, and Medical Economics.
