Katherine Pinto’s career has always centered around helping people feel heard, respected, and supported. She has built her experience in call center environments, including working within a bank’s repossession department, where she developed the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.

Over time, Katherine has had the opportunity to work across a variety of call center settings, strengthening her communication and problem-solving skills along the way. She also stepped into a leadership role at a doctor’s after-hours call center, supporting a team handling urgent, time-sensitive calls.

Today, Katherine works in client communications and scheduling, helping create a smooth and positive experience for those she connects with. She is also a proud mother, balancing family, growth, and meaningful work each day.
